Our Patient Portal Is Designed to Enhance Your Patient Experience At Our Offices

IMA’s Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere that has an internet connection.

 

To request access to IMA’s Patient Portal, please call your IMA Primary Care office and request access. In 24-48 hours, our office will send you an email with a secure link to the IMA Patient Portal. Please check your email and the spam folder for this link.

Patients will sign up for the Patient Portal using a secure name and password. To sign up, please call your IMA Primary Care office. Once signed up, you will be able to:

  • Securely Message Your IMA Care Team
  • Request or Change Your Appointment
  • Request a Prescription Refill
  • View Lab Results

Patient Portal messages are only monitored during the hours that the doctor’s office is open. 

Portal messages are not monitored after office hours or on weekends and holidays.

If you have a serious medical issue that cannot wait until the office reopens, please phone the on-call doctor at your IMA Primary Care Office or go to the Emergency Room or Call 911.
