Troubleshooting Patient Portal

Printing Labs/Chart

Patients can print labs from portal to take with them to specialists’ appointments

Step 1: Sign in to portal.

  • Go to www.imamd.com
  • Login in with username and password.

Step 2: On Summary page, click “Download” on top right.

A pop-up box like above will appear.

  • PDF (with author Details) is usually the best option.

Step 3: Click “I Accept”.

  • Chart will download.

Patient can open & print document, or send as attachment on email or other portal. The document will have labs, medications, allergies & immunizations, so it may be many pages.

If it’s too long, the “Range” can be changed.

Click the down arrow below “Range”.

Select a smaller date range or even an exact date with the “Select Date Range”.

 

Can print an individual office visit note in “Clinical Notes” section.

  • Click on desired note.
  • Click “Download”.

Patient can open & print documents, or send as attachment on email or other portal.
