CDL – DOT Physicals

CDL/DOT Physicals are available by Board Certified IMA practitioners at Red Bank Family Medicine – Gilbert Street. We are NRCME certified and driver-friendly. Whether you are a truck driver, bus driver, or other commercial vehicle drivers, we can get you on the road faster with a conveniently scheduled CDL/DOT physical. Your CDL Medical Card will be given upon passing the CDL/DOT physical.

Vision – including distance, peripheral and color recognition
Hearing
Strength and Reflexes
Blood Pressure
Urinalysis (sugar, protein, specific gravity and blood)
Mental Alertness & Stability – including daytime sleepiness, drugs & alcohol, current medications

What to Bring With You?

State Issued ID, preferably your driver’s license.
Glasses or contacts if you wear them to drive.
Hearing aid if you wear to drive.
Any Federal Waivers, exempt certificates, or SPE Certificates you may have.
If you have any chronic conditions for which you are under the care of a Primary Care Provider or Specialist, you will need to bring in documentation from that provider.
