Born and raised in New Jersey, I came to nursing as a second career, nearly twenty year ago.

I started as a staff nurse in a medical surgical unit in Muhlenberg hospital in Plainfield, NJ, where, incidentally, I got my nursing degree. After six years, I began a long career as a homecare nurse, first with JFK at Home and later with Atlantic Homecare.

Two years ago, I received MSN from FDU, in Adult-Gerontology. I have a deep commitment to the geriatric population and an active clinical interest in diabetes and wound care.

I am fortunate to become a member of the geriatric team at Family Practice. It is just the right mix of autonomy and collaboration, of high touch and high tech.

When not working, I am very busy co-parenting Luna Bella, our Golden Retriever puppy.
