Troubleshooting Patient Portal

Attaching A File To Send To Your IMA PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER

Sometimes you may want to send something (lab work, results, a letter, etc) to your primary care office via the portal.

Step 1: Go to: www.imamd.com 

Step 2: Go to the Patient Portal page and click on the Green Patient Portal Login Button 

Step 3: Login in with username and password.

Step 4: Click “My Messages” on top.

Step 4: Click “New” on left.

Step 5: “To” is your primary care provider.

  • “Location” is the office your primary care provider works in.
  • “I would like to” is “ask a medical question” from the drop down menu.

Step 6: Type message below “Anything else you would like us to know?”.

Step 7: Click “Attach File” on bottom.

Step 8: Click “Send”.
