Forgot Password

Step 1: Go to www.imamd.com

  • In top right hand corner, click on “Patient Portal”. Brings you to “Sign In” page.
  • Enter username.
  • Click “Continue”. Brings you to a new page.

 

Step 2: Enter username.

  • Click Continue.
  • Will get email with link to reset.
  • Check Junk Inbox.

Step 3: Click on “Password Reset” link in email.

Step 4: Enter & confirm new password

Step 5: Click “Save Password”.

  • All set!
  • Sign in again to start using.
