Denise Weinreb, ANP

Denise Weinreb is a board certified Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. A native of Philadelphia, she received her B. A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania and her B. S. N. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She received her Masters degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Monmouth University. Mrs. Weinreb’s practice focuses on the geriatric patient in long-term care and in the community.
