IMA Urgent Care Shrewsbury

Colleen Holt, FNP-BC

Colleen is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the IMA Urgent Care team in May of 2019. Born and raised in Middletown, Colleen started her nursing career in 2008 after completing her Diploma RN program at the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing. She went on to complete her BSN in 2015 and her MSN in 2018 both from Chamberlain University while working full time. Colleen has experience in Geriatrics, Community Health, Long Term Care, and Sub Acute Rehabilitation nursing. 

Colleen enjoys treating patients of all ages and is happy to give back to the community she grew up in.  When she is not working, she enjoys going to the beach, reading and buying too many plants for her gardens.  She resides in Monmouth County with her husband, 2 kids and their 10-pound Maltipoo.
